By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. Your use of our premium laundry services constitutes your acceptance of these operational guidelines.

2 Services Provided

Fevoff provides high-quality laundry, dry cleaning, and related garment care services. We employ industry-standard practices and premium detergents to ensure the best possible care for your items. However, to maintain operational clarity, we must state that we are not responsible for:

Personal Items Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, jewelry, watches, cash, electronics). Please check your pockets before handing over your garments.
Pre-existing Damage Pre-existing damage, tears, weaknesses in fabric, or missing buttons that occur during normal wear and tear prior to our care.
Manufacturer Defects Color bleeding, shrinkage, or structural failure that occurs due to manufacturing defects or incorrect care labels attached by the manufacturer.

3 User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We strongly recommend using a robust password.

4 Payment and Pricing

All prices for our services are clearly listed and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Payment must be completed prior to the delivery of cleaned garments unless a corporate or subscription agreement dictates otherwise. We accept major credit cards and secure digital wallets.

5 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fevoff, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
